New appointment, Abbott Hull Associates have been appointed to design and submit a planning application for a new home, the dwelling will replace a dilapidated stable block in Lytham St Annes.

Stages of work,

  • Stage 1 – Feasibility Study; we will be providing initial feasibility design options for our client.
  • Stage 2 – Formal Planning Application; one design will be progressed towards a formal full planning application submitted to Fylde Development Control.
  • Stage 3 – Technical Advisor, Pre-construction information, Principal Designer.

We are very excited, this commission is an excellent opportunity to redevelop a brownfield site.
